At Tiramisu, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel in its original condition. If your fit isn't perfect, we are here to help you find the right style or process a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is free of makeup, perfume, or signs of wear.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
